2022 Christmas Dispatch Information

*SERVICE UPDATE (3rd December) – VALID orders are currently getting dispatched within 7 days which is significantly quicker than expected. Please note that whilst orders are getting dispatched within our guide, our delivery partner (Royal Mail) are currently in period of industrial action, therefor they are not delivering as quickly as normal. Collections from us are getting delayed, and deliveries to our customers aren’t happening as frequent. We are working with Royal Mail to ensure all orders arrive to our customers as soon as possible.

Please note, for valid* orders that are placed on or before 12th December you are guaranteed a pre Christmas dispatch.
Any order placed during the Christmas period (1st Nov-31st Dec), our standard 3-10 working day dispatch guide, is NOT applicable. We will aim to get your order dispatched ASAP as we know how important your order is, however over the festive period dispatch times have a high chance of increasing.  And orders placed after our Christmas deadline (12th December) may not be processed until we return in January (they will be processed from 4th January) . 
As displayed on our website during November to January, we close for business production on 22nd December and reopen 4th January 2021. As such, any emails sent during that time naturally won’t be replied to.
Please appreciate due to the popularity of our products in general, and the significant increase in sales over Christmas, we have to set these dates and guides in advance to avoid disappointment.

*What is a VALID order? A VALID order is an order placed that has a correct and valid voucher for each item purchased, does not exceed our engraving guide and has a valid UK/IRE delivery address.
