Delivery Information

Dispatch & Delivery times (AUSTRALIA, UK AND IRELAND ONLY)-

Usually your item will take around 3-10 working days (as a guide) to be engraved, packaged and dispatched. However we will always try to beat this if we can. If we experience problems with your order, such as incorrect customer information, please note this will delay the process. We will contact you via the email address used to place the order regarding your order. During busy periods (mainly October, November & December) production times may increase past 10 working days*, though we will try our absolute best to keep this to a minimum. 

If however you’ve still not received your order a week after dispatch, please contact us so we can sort this for you.

*Working Days – 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (December [Christmas & New Year] exception)

Please note, we can only currently deliver to U.K, Republic of Ireland and Australia delivery addresses

How we send your items-

Depending on what you order, we use either Royal Mail or MyHermes. All products are sent without an invoice, perfect if you are gifting and want your item delivered direct

Returns

PLEASE NOTE:Returns policy only applies to non personalised products

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return the product to us for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in undamaged original packaging. Postage for returned items is not refundable.

If your product arrives damaged, or is not working or operating as it should please contact us immediately (within 14 days).
