Gift Box Comments* – for many years we’ve offered our Personalised Parker Pens on Groupon with a Parker gift box. However to keep prices low, and global manufacturing issues, we are now offering the gift box as an optional added extra for 2021/2022. If you don’t opt for a Gift Box, the pen will still arrive in a Parker Sleeve as shown in the images. We believe this is the fairest way to ensure customers that want a gift box still have the option to have one, and the customers who still want the pen for a highly competitive price.
How to order
When ordering its best to use a laptop/computer, rather than a mobile device such as iPhone/iPad. To order, enter the details in first, so your text followed by the voucher details. You then need to click ‘Upload’ then click ‘Add to cart’, depending on your internet speed, you might need to wait a second or 2 before each section.
When placing your order, you MUST use your security & Voucher code for purchase. Codes are checked manually between Groupon and The Pen Outlet, so the system will accept the order regardless but we will only fully accept and complete the order once we have the correct/valid voucher details. So please take extra care to ensure you enter your voucher detail in correctly. If your order is marked as ‘FAILED’ it may be because a wrong code was entered on checkout or no text was supplied for engraving so please check your order in the checkout stage to make sure all information is correct. If your order is FAILED you will be notified by email, please note FAILED orders will be significantly delayed.
Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised to you, consequently you may not cancel the order once it’s been placed and no refunds can be offered. If your item arrives faulty, then either a replacement or refund will be granted.
We will engrave the text you have written in the ‘Text’ box. Please make sure this is correct BEFORE you purchase, as once the order is placed we CAN’T Guarantee that we can change the text.
We recommend up to 25 characters on each pen, the more text you have the smaller it will be! Remember, its a pen! Engraving will be in font ‘Monotype Corsiva’, nice elegant font for engraving but we don’t recommed using BLOCK CAPITALS as the font can look over the top. For example, we’d used – Mike Williams, and not, MIKE WILIAMS. However, this is entirely your choice.
Usually your item will take around 3-10 working days* as a guide to be personalised and dispatched. However we will always try to beat this if we can. During busy periods (Oct-Dec) production times may increase, though we will try our absolute best to keep this to a minimum.
*Working Days – 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays, and advised closed dates)
