2019 Christmas Dispatch Information

Please note, for valid* orders that are placed on or before 9th December you are guaranteed a pre Christmas dispatch.
Any order placed during the Christmas period (1st Nov-31st Dec), our standard 3-10 working day dispatch guide, is NOT applicable. We will aim to get your order dispatched ASAP as we know how important your order is, however over the festive period dispatch times have a high chance of increasing.  And orders placed after our Christmas deadline (9th December) may not be processed until we return in January (they will be processed from 13th January) . 
As displayed on our website during November to January, we close for business production on 22nd December and reopen 13th January 2020. As such, any emails sent during that time naturally won’t be replied to.
Please appreciate due to the popularity of our products in general, and the significant increase in sales over Christmas, we have to set these dates and guides in advance to avoid disappointment.
We hope the information above, that has been displayed in high traffic places for several weeks, has clarified. Also the information above was displayed on our website Ts&Cs which you agreed to when ordering.

*What is a VALID order? A VALID order is an order placed that has a correct and valid voucher for each item purchased, does not exceed our engraving guide and has a valid UK/IRE delivery address.
